I’ve always been a Mystic Healer at my core, determined to live my life with authenticity and integrity. As a young girl from Montana, I followed my budding passions to be a creative culinary artist. I journeyed through college then leapt upon an opportunity to serve beautiful food in the big city of Seattle and continued to propel myself up the corporate ladder. Over the years, my roles as Chef and Director of Catering held no room for the Wild Woman inside that was awakening. Connecting with my staff as a Spiritual Mentor, Listener, and Empathetic Coach fed my soul and was the anchor for living and working in a world that was sucking the softness out of me.
With one foot still chained to Corporate Land, I set out on a soul saving journey and that’s when I found yoga. It guided me back to my body and led me ultimately to my heart. This heart focused journey was the life raft that supported me through job loss, home transitions and many disappointing relationships. It was also what kept me floating as I was swooped over the waterfall of self-doubt, fear, heartache and anger.
Thank Goddess for that waterfall because the pool at the bottom was where I discovered myself and Grace within me. I broke free from Corporate Land and decided to let my heart lead the way. It’s guided me to the most incredible experiences and truly has lead me to what I’ve desired most: a beloved partner, to help others connect with their heart and the earth.
Along this journey came another gift: Marvina…. We met through Big Brothers Big Sisters, and over the past 15 years, I've witnessed a shy 8 year old transform into a confident, beautiful woman. I have learned many lessons from her and she is one of the loves of my life. She is what inspires me to continue to follow my passion and to guide people to deeply listen to their heart.
The seeds have been planted, I’ve grown, tended my soil, trimmed the dead branches and now I’m blooming. I have gifts to share and I’d love to share them with you.
